General Information
Kuehn Alsace Gewurztraminer ‘Les Caves de l’Enfer’ is a semi-dry white wine from Alsace, made from 100% Gewurztraminer. The grapes come from old Rhine terraces around Ammerschwihr. The soil is rich in sedimentary deposits, which adds complexity to the wine. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures briefly on the fine lees, providing extra depth without losing its fresh character.
