This means: hand-harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation, no additives, and fermentation in embedded qvevris. The wine undergoes several months of skin contact but remains light and refreshing in style – a rare balance in qvevri wine.

The wine has a clear amber color. In the aroma, you can recognize white flowers, ripe pear, citrus zest, and a hint of linden blossom.
