This discount is calculated on the value of your shopping cart (incl. VAT, but excluding shipping and packaging costs).

The discount only applies to shipments to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
In the Netherlands and Belgium we offer free delivery for orders over € 90,- (NL) and € 120,- (BE).
Netherlands & Belgium: flat rate per shipment; free above the mentioned order amount.
Other countries: the start rate above is for one box. If you have more bottles than fit in one box, the rate will be multiplied by the number of boxes.

When you make a payment, you are redirected to our payment provider Mollie (which also uses secure data transmission) or directly to your own bank/payment provider.

Once you place your order, you can expect the following steps:
– You will receive an email confirmation with the digital receipt.
– We will process your order, pack the wine and hand it over to the postal service.
– You will receive an email with the track & trace code and where to follow the parcel status.
– Once we receive confirmation that the parcel has been delivered, we will update its status.
– You will receive an email confirming that the order status has been changed to completed.
If there are quality issues with the delivered parcel and/or its contents, you can contact us for a return.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation (too many parcel shipments), all parcel shipments to countries outside the Netherlands have been suspended by PostNL until further notice. Placing your order with a shipping address outside the Netherlands may result in longer waiting times, as it is currently unclear when international shipments will resume.
